To make a return, you must send us your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can do this through the shipping company of your choice.

During the month of December, this period is extended to 30 days.

If the return is for another item, the customer must pay €2.99 (or the corresponding cost for outside Spain and the Balearic Islands) for the shipment of the second item. This cost can be paid via Bizum or bank transfer.

If the second item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference, and if the price is lower, the refund will be made using the same payment method.

If the return is NOT for another item, we will refund you once we receive your shipment and verify that everything is in order.

For shipments outside the peninsula, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Prescription lenses will only be accepted for return in exchange for other lenses within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, as stated in Article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
