Description

Ray-Ban ELLIOT RX5397 8443 prescription glasses. Unique and timeless design with a light green frame. The size characteristics (lens-bridge-temple length) of the RX5397 model are as follows: 48-19-140. The frame is non-flexible. All frames include the original Ray-Ban case.

Shipping

The shipping time is:

  • From 24/48 hours for in-stock glasses.
  • From 7-10 business days for warehouse glasses.
  • If the item is in production, we will inform you as soon as possible about the frame's manufacturing time.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, shipping will cost €6.99 (we do not ship to the Canary Islands). For the mainland, shipping is free for orders over €45. For purchases under that amount, shipping will cost €2.99. For shipments to Portugal, the cost will be €5.99 and for the rest of Europe €14.99.

Return policy

To make a return, you must send us your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can do this through the agency of your choice.

During the month of December, this period is extended to 30 days.

If the return is for another item, the customer must pay €2.99 (or the corresponding cost for outside Spain and the Balearic Islands) for the shipment of the second item. This cost can be paid via Bizum or bank transfer.

If the second item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference, and if the price is lower, it will be refunded using the same payment method.

If the return is NOT for another item, we will refund you once we receive your shipment and verify that everything is correct.

For shipments outside the peninsula, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Prescription lenses will only be accepted for return in exchange for other lenses within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, as stated in article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
