Change the lenses of your favorite glasses

Renew your lenses without changing the frame. Choose the type of lens, treatments, and prescription, and we take care of the rest with no assembly cost.

How does it work?

  1. Choose your lenses: select the type of lens, treatments, and prescription directly on the website.
  2. Send us your frame: request home pickup (€5), drop it off at a collection point (€4), or send it yourself.
  3. Receive them at home: we return your finished glasses to you.

Important information

  • If you don’t change your prescription, you don’t need a prescription form.
  • We reserve the right to reject frames that are in poor condition or unsuitable for assembly. In that case, the cost of the lenses (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for damage to external frames of low quality or poor condition during assembly.
Return policy

Prescription lenses can be exchanged for other lenses within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

No refunds will be made for lenses, only exchanges.

You can change your prescription or sunglasses lenses; as well as choose from all treatments.

2. Send us your frame

Choose between home delivery (€5), pickup at a collection point (€4), or send it yourself.

3. We exchange and ship

Once the frame is received, we replace the lenses and send it back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the lenses of any frame?

In most cases, yes. We work with all types of frames: our own, branded, vintage, or from other opticians.

We reserve the right to reject frames that are in poor condition or unsuitable for assembly, in which case we will notify you before proceeding and will refund the lenses and return the frame. Shipping or pickup costs will not be refunded.

How long does the entire process take?

From the purchase, it takes about 1-2 business days to send you the information for the delivery of your frame.

Once we receive it, it takes between 3 to 10 business days to have your lenses. For very high or special prescriptions, the time frame may be slightly longer; in that case, we will contact you to confirm it.

What happens if I don't have an updated prescription?

If you want to keep your current prescription, you don't need to send us a prescription; you can provide the details directly or send us your current glasses as a reference.

If you need a new prescription, we recommend having it checked before ordering to ensure the lenses perfectly match your vision.

How do I send you the glasses?

You have three options:

  • Request home pickup for €5.
  • Drop them off at a collection point for €4.
  • Send them to us yourself using the agency you prefer, covering the shipping costs.

Once finished, we will send them back to you.
