SHIPPING POLICY:

Mainland Spain:

• Served via GLS or CTT
• DELIVERY TIMES
  The average timeframe is 24h to 48h for products in stock at the main warehouse, and 2/10 business days for factory orders. If an item is being restocked, we will inform the customer as soon as possible regarding their options.
• DELIVERIES
  From Monday to Friday (No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national/regional/local holidays)
• COSTS:

Free Shipping:

1: Shipping will be free for orders over €45 to all mainland Spain; for lower purchases, the shipping cost will be €2.99, except for the contact lens category which always has a cost of €3.99.

2: For the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost will be €6.99 (we do not ship to the Canary Islands).

3: Free pick-up at any of our optical stores.

4: The shipping cost for the contact lens category is €3.99 (except outside mainland Spain).

Other destinations:

ZONE 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, and Switzerland. The shipping cost for Zone 1 countries will be €14.99.

All our collection glasses include an original brand case. Outlet zone glasses do not include a case (except for Goferox and Clarisse brands, which do).
