Do you have glasses you don’t want to change? Change the lenses! To choose your prescription lenses 100% tailored to you, you can:
-
Send us your glasses, request pickup, or drop them off at a location. If you choose the drop-off option, we will email you the link to generate the label when we process your order.
- Send us your prescription (not necessary if your prescription hasn’t changed) or select the “choose lenses” option and enter all the details about your lenses yourself.
- We will send your finished glasses back to you with no assembly cost.
You can choose from all treatments, coatings, lens types… We are a team of opticians who will advise and assist you throughout the process if you need it.
The prices shown do not include special prescriptions that require custom manufacturing. If you think this applies to you, contact us here.
GAFASDEOPTICA.COM reserves the right to refuse assembly on frames that are unsuitable due to their shape or quality. (In that case, the cost of the lenses will be refunded, except for pickup and shipping fees).
Do you have glasses you love and don’t want to change the frame but need to change the prescription lenses?
That’s what we’re here for. Just send us your current glasses, your prescription (or if you want to keep the same one, it’s not necessary). You can choose treatments, coatings, lens type... and you’ll get your glasses 100% custom-made again with no extra assembly cost.
How can you order your prescription lenses?
If you have a prescription, you can send it with your glasses, by email to hola@gafasdeoptica.com, by WhatsApp to 661 38 88 74, or select the "choose lenses" button to specify the custom lens type yourself.
To send us your current frame, you can choose your preferred courier or request pickup (cost of 5€). The return shipping of your finished glasses will be free (if the price is over 45€), and assembly will be free in all cases.
Note: When the customer provides their own frame for prescription lenses, assembly will be done with the utmost care by our staff.
However, since we cannot guarantee the condition or quality of external frames (especially if they are old or low quality), we are not responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur during the lens assembly process.
Thank you for your understanding.
