RETURNS POLICY:
Special Christmas Policy: Only during the month of December
All purchases have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt for exchange or return. All other conditions remain the same as our usual return policy (items, cost, destinations...)
By law, all purchases have 14 calendar days for exchange or return. In the case of items in the Vintage/Outlet category, they will not be eligible for return. This also applies to prescription lenses. Shipping costs for the item from the customer to Gafasdeoptica.com will be borne by the customer, who may freely choose their preferred shipping company. Shipping a new item from gafasdeoptica.com to the customer will cost €2.99. If the return comes from an order sent outside mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Portugal, EU countries...), the refund will be made for the item only and not the shipping cost. If the return is for part of an order, and the remaining part is less than €45, the amount equivalent to the return will be refunded + €2.99 for the shipping of the other item.
Special Sunglasses Policy: ONLY SUNGLASSES will have free return costs (only in mainland Spain) and can be managed through the website by requesting a return in the customer account. Once requested, the steps will be sent by email.
*Note: in our optical stores, all returns are free within the established period as long as the item is in perfect condition.
When can I return an item from Gafasdeoptica.com?
Sunglasses: As long as the item is in perfect condition, keeps the packaging, case, and protection with which it was sent, and does not show any signs of having been used (labels, stickers...) and within the period permitted by law. Special Sunglasses Policy: ONLY SUNGLASSES will have free return costs (mainland Spain only) and can be managed through the web by requesting the return in the customer account. Once requested, the steps will be sent via email.
Prescription glasses: As long as the item is in perfect condition, keeps the packaging, case, and protection with which it was sent, and does not show any signs of having been used (labels, stickers...) and within the period permitted by law. THE FRAME can be returned for a refund, but in no case the lenses.
Prescription lenses will only allow a return for other lenses within 14 calendar days from the delivery date as established in Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
GAFASDEOPTICA.COM reserves the right not to accept assembly on frames that are not suitable for it due to their shape or quality. (In that case, the cost of the lenses in the order will be refunded, except for the collection and shipping cost).
Outlet/vintage glasses: No returns allowed.
Contact lenses: The contact lens category will be eligible for return within 14 calendar days following delivery, provided the product is neither opened nor tampered with. In the contact lens category, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Spare parts: The return of these items will be carried out ONLY if they are in perfect delivery condition, maintaining the protective packaging and stickers with which they are sent. In case of receiving a broken or deteriorated product, please contact Gafasdeoptica.com immediately within 48 hours of delivery at hola@gafasdeoptica.com or at +34 661 38 88 74 (calls or WhatsApp); remember to take photographs to attach to your return request.
*Note: we recommend that you check these products in the presence of the delivery person; this will facilitate the return and verification that the breakage or deterioration occurred during delivery.
FOR ANY ITEM: In the event that an order is returned for not having been collected by the customer within the period established by the carrier, either at the indicated address or at the assigned collection point, the amount corresponding to the order will be refunded. However, the amount of €2.99 will be deducted from the refund as shipping costs, regardless of the shipping cost applied at the time of purchase.
