Not sure which model your Persol is? It’s located inside the temple arm, along with the size number (53,55) and the color code (e.g.1130B1). Also, you can send us a photo via WhatsApp at 661 388 874 and we will confirm the model for you.

SHIPPING TIME

  • From 24/48 hours for sunglasses in stock.
  • From 7-10 business days for sunglasses in warehouse.
  • If the item is in production, we will inform you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS

For orders to the Balearic Islands, shipping will cost €6.99 (we do not ship to the Canary Islands). For the mainland, shipping is free for purchases over €45. For smaller purchases, the shipping cost will be €2.99. For shipments to Portugal, the cost will be €5.99 and for the rest of Europe €14.99.
Return policy
Return policy for parts and replacements. 

These items may be returned ONLY if they are in perfect condition upon delivery, with the protective wrapping and stickers they were shipped with still in place. If you receive a broken or damaged product, contact Gafasdeoptica.com immediately within 48 hours of delivery at hola@gafasdeoptica.com or by phone at +34 661 38 88 74 (calls or WhatsApp). Remember to take photos and attach them to your return request.
