Terms of Service

Mainland Spain (Peninsula):

• Served via GLS or CTT
• DELIVERY TIMES
  The average timeframe is 24h to 48h for products in stock at the main warehouse, and 2/10 business days for factory orders. If an item is being restocked, we will inform the customer as soon as possible regarding their options.
• DELIVERIES
  From Monday to Friday (No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national, regional, or local holidays)

If the return comes from an order sent outside mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Portugal, EU countries...), the refund will be made for the item only and not the shipping cost, as is also the case for the contact lens category where shipping costs are not refunded within the mainland either.

In the event that an order is returned for not having been collected by the customer within the timeframe established by the carrier, whether at the indicated address or the assigned collection point, a refund for the order amount will be processed. However, a fee of €2.99 will be deducted from the refund amount as shipping costs, regardless of the shipping cost applied at the time of purchase.

GAFASDEOPTICA.COM reserves the right not to accept assembly on frames that are not suitable for it due to their shape or quality. (In that case, the cost of the lenses in the order will be refunded, excluding collection and shipping costs).
