Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Mainland Spain:
- Delivered via GLS/CTT
- DELIVERY TIMES
The average delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for products in stock at the main warehouse, and 2 to 10 business days for factory orders. If the product is being restocked, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and provide options.
- DELIVERIES
Monday to Friday (NO deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional, or local holidays) - COST:
Free shipping:
1: Shipping is free for orders over €45 to the entire mainland; for orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €2.99, except for the contact lenses category, which always has a shipping cost of €3.99.
2: For the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost is €6.99 (we do not ship to the Canary Islands)
3: Pickup at any of our optical stores is completely free.
4: The shipping cost for the contact lenses category is €3.99 (except outside the mainland).
Shipping cost:

ZONE 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, and Switzerland. Shipping cost for countries in zone 1 is €14.99

All our collection glasses include an original brand case. Glasses in the outlet section do not include a case (except for the Goferox and Clarisse brands, which do).
RETURN POLICY
By law, all purchases have 14 calendar days for exchange or return. Items in the Vintage/Outlet category are non-returnable. Return shipping costs from the customer to Gafasdeoptica.com will be borne by the customer, who may freely choose their preferred shipping company. Shipping a new item from gafasdeoptica.com to the customer will cost €2.99 (or €5.99 if outside the Islands or Portugal). If the return is from an order shipped outside the mainland (Balearic Islands, Portugal, EU countries...), the refund will cover the item only, not the shipping cost.
Special policy for sunglasses: ONLY SUNGLASSES have free return shipping (only within Spain-Mainland) and can be managed through the website by requesting the return in the customer account. Once requested, the steps will be sent by email.
*Note: in our optical stores, all returns are free within the established period and provided the item is in perfect condition.
When can I return an item from Gafasdeoptica.com?
Sunglasses: As long as the item is in perfect condition, retains the packaging, case, and protection it was sent with, shows no signs of use (tags, stickers…), and is within the legally allowed period.
Special policy for sunglasses: ONLY SUNGLASSES have free return shipping (only within Spain-Mainland) and can be managed through the website by requesting the return in the customer account. Once requested, the steps will be sent by email.
Prescription glasses: As long as the item is in perfect condition, retains the packaging, case, and protection it was sent with, shows no signs of use (tags, stickers…), and is within the legally allowed period. The FRAME can be returned for a refund, but under no circumstances the lenses.
Prescription lenses can only be returned for exchange with other lenses within 14 calendar days from the delivery date as stated in the article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
Outlet/vintage glasses: Non-returnable
Spare parts and replacements: Returns of these items will only be accepted if they are in perfect delivery condition, maintaining the protective packaging and stickers they were sent with. If you receive a broken or damaged product, contact Gafasdeoptica.com immediately within 48 hours of delivery at hola@gafasdeoptica.com or by phone at +34 661 38 88 74 (calls or WhatsApp). Remember to take photos to attach to your return request.
*Note: we recommend checking these products in the presence of the delivery person, which will facilitate the return and verification that the damage occurred during delivery.
If an order is returned because the customer did not pick it up within the time frame set by the carrier, either at the indicated address or the assigned pickup point, the order amount will be refunded. However, a fee of €2.99 will be deducted as shipping costs, regardless of the shipping cost applied at the time of purchase.
